Brokers – remember, if you manage rental properties for others, you are required to complete 18 of your 42 hours in property management courses (if you’re a QB), or 12 of your 36 hours in property management courses (if you’re an AB). The course Uniform Owner Resident Relations Act* is mandatory for both QB’s and AB’s (6 hours of CE).
