Mesa Real Estate Institute, LLC, is pleased to welcome instructor Carolyn Hallett to its list of real estate instructors!
Carolyn Hallett loves teaching. She is married to Bill Hallett, Realtor® Emeritus and recently retired senior CE instructor.
Carolyn brings real-world experience to her classroom. She bought her first home when she was 21, and has bought and sold several more over the years. The Hallett’s manage several of their own rental homes.
Carolyn retired as a bureau chief for the NM Taxation & Revenue Department, after 24 years. She was responsible for supervising auditors and was instrumental in creating the successful training program that our state uses today for its auditors.
Carolyn’s classes include: Uniform Owner-Resident Relations Act; Property Management & The 3 Way Reconciliation; Wells & Septics – A Broker’s Guide To Regs; Rice Insurance & The Non-Paranoid Broker; and Taxes & Your Real Estate Business.
Carolyn also taught country western dance lessons at the Midnight Rodeo for 15 years. (If you use your phone in class, be ready to do a two-step in front of everyone!)
Carolyn loves to travel the world with Bill, cook, dance, and spend time with 7 grandchildren.
