Understanding and Using NMAR Forms

About Understanding and Using NMAR Forms:

This eight (8) hour class is designed to provide attendees with professional working knowledge of the NMAR Forms most likely to be used in the course of a typical residential real estate transaction including: Listing and Purchase Agreements, Lead Paint Addendum, Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program, HOA documents, PIDs, SADs, and Broker Duties Supplemental.

Part one, also known as Anatomy of a Listing Contract is the morning session. Part two, Anatomy of a Purchase Contract is the following session. By registering for both sessions as Understanding and Using NMAR Forms you will receive a bundled discount.

You will receive a confirmation email after you register.  The ZOOM link to join the course and any course material needed to complete the class will be emailed prior.  If you would like to test your equipment before the class, give our office a call.  Please bring your cell phone to class! 

Although all Brokers are welcome, our classes are designed with residential real estate Brokers and property managers in mind.  If you specialize in commercial real estate, please contact carnm.com for classes.
