About Understanding and Using NMAR Forms:
This eight (8) hour class is designed to provide attendees with professional working knowledge of the NMAR Forms most likely to be used in the course of a typical residential real estate transaction including: Listing and Purchase Agreements, Lead Paint Addendum, Lead-Based Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program, HOA documents, PIDs, SADs, Broker Duties Supplemental, as well as the new Covid-19 addendums.
Part one, also known as Anatomy of a Listing Contract is the morning session. Part two, Anatomy of a Purchase Contract is the following session. By registering for both sessions as Understanding and Using NMAR Forms you will receive a bundled discount.
Policies for ZOOM Courses – Attendees will need a strong internet connection, a working web camera and microphone (you can use a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone as well.) Attendees must be seated and facing forward toward the camera with their full face viewable (please no walking your dog or ZOOMING from your car.) No more than two participants per camera please. MESA Real Estate Institute, LLC reserves the right to refuse attendance to anyone who can not comply with these guidelines.
You will receive a confirmation email after you register for the course. The ZOOM link to join the course and any course material needed to complete the class will be emailed prior.
Although all Brokers are welcome, our classes are designed with residential real estate Brokers and property managers in mind. If you specialize in commercial real estate, please contact carnm.com for classes.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin. We can not help you troubleshoot if your camera/microphone is not working properly if you are late to class. If you would like to test your equipment prior to class, please give our office a call.
