Perhaps no situation presents more professional and ethical challenges to real estate licensees than the multiple offer situation. In this course, we’ll examine the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and the New Mexico Real Estate Commission’s Broker Duties and apply their principles to the presentation and negotiation of multiple offers.

This course will also help prepare you to serve your buyer and seller clients in the multiple offer process. Topics covered include proper use of forms, examples of escalation clauses and how they work, the pros and cons of offer letters (love letters) and a brief section of suggestions on how to help your buyers win at multiple offers.
