About this course:
Everyone loves talking about real world situations that can be applied to your real estate business right now!!! Four different RISC Insurance claim studies on the brokerage side are discussed in small group breakouts & then the findings are shared in general sessions. The claim study discussion is from the point of view of the seller, listing broker, buyer, buyer’s broker, & QBs. Notes are taken by Carolyn to pass out after class.
