About This Course
This class will cover NM real estate commission rules for Property Managers and bank reconciliations. It will cover NM rec rules, the monthly workflow, what’s needed to complete them, and how to complete reconciliations. This class will review a small and real reconciliation. This class is for brokers supervising the reconciliation process, as well as staff and/or persons performing them
Attendees will learn the basics of NMREC rules for property managers covering reconciliations. Including how to do them and a real example.
