Core Elective: Anatomy of a Purchase Contract
April 19 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Anatomy of a Purchase Contract (Core Elective)
This four-hour continuing education class is designed to provide attendees with a professional working knowledge of the RANM Purchase Agreement and the forms most likely to be used with it.
Together, we’ll talk about the important contingencies and disclosures in the Purchase Agreement and students will work together to determine a timeline template for the contingency and disclosure dates. Students will leave the class with additional resources to help track the deadlines in their transactions better.
In this class, you will learn how to:
Identify and select the current RANM purchase agreement and related forms for your transactions to prepare a professional contract for your clients.
Explain and justify the current RANM purchase agreement, by paragraph, to your clients and the reasons for its most significant recent changes.
About the most recent changes to the RANM Purchase Agreement and the reasons behind them
This is a small, interactive class setting with plenty of room for discussion.
*This class is approved for Appraisers and as an elective for the GRI Designation.
