NMREC 2017 Core Course
Did you miss taking the 2017 Core Course in 2017? Here’s your chance to make up your requirement and receive 4 hours CE credit.
The NMREC Core Course has replaced the old 8 hour Mandatory Course. A four hour course, it is required annually by all New Mexico real estate licensees. The newly designed Core Course is a fun and interactive experience!
This class is ideal for residential brokers.
Here’s what will be covered:
A review of E&O claims and how brokers can reduce them
Broker Duties and the Code of Ethics in an interactive case study where we watch a deal unfold and unravel
The latest legal updates on a local, state and federal level
Rule changes from the NMREC
How to improve QB/AQ relationships via the Independent Contractor Agreement
This class is unlike any Mandatory Course that you’ve ever taken! Come to class expecting to participate and to have fun!
Limited seating, tickets may or may not be available at the door, so please purchase your tickets through EventBrite and reserve your space now! Please arrive on time! If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will not receive credit for the class. Tickets may be cancelled and refunds issued up to 24 hours in advance of the class starting time; last minute cancellations will be credited toward future classes.
